Huge World map for RaR

Does anyone know of a huge earth map that has all the civs and resources updated for the rise and rule mod, there was one for dyp in ptw that I had a hugely enjoyable game as egypt on.

If you don't mind random resource placement, just import the DYP map into the RaR scenario and then redistribute natural resources.
