I just barely squeaked by the minimum specs..

I can run it OK with all the graphics minimized but its still a bit jumpy. Does anyone have advice on how I can tweak it down even more that shown in the options menu. Some way to turn off the diplomacy animations maybe?

There must be some big time modders out there who can't edutate this poor soul as to how to speep up my game by remove diplomacy animations and whatnot?
