Is iBarbarianCreationTurnsElapsed multiplied by iBarbPercent?
If not that's utterly goofy that the number of turns before Barbarians appear is NOT in any way related to the game speed. Just the rate at which they appear after they begin to appear...

Can someone give me a definite answer on this one?
