Based (heavily based) on the anime Record of Ragnarok.

After the gods realized the sin in humanity, they decided to commence Ragnarok, or the battle between gods and men. If the humans lose, the human race will be wiped out. If they win, both sides will have peace. Once someone is wiped out, they cannot return.


The Valkyries decided to give human fighters Völundr, or god-killing weapons.

Gods and demons are supernatural beings wishing to eliminate the humans of the sins that the human race has committed. They are born with supernatural powers and are worshiped or hated in various mythologies around the world. The races of gods have set some of their best deity fighters from these myths to beat the Einherjar.

After being assisted by the Valkyries, the Einherjar ranks were given Volundr to use against the gods in the rounds of Ragnarok. These humans from history are some of the greatest at their expertise and come from different regions of the historical continuum.
