I really like how you set up the first few levels of the social policies.

In the basic game, I generally know exactly what policies I will take.

In Civ Nights, each time I have a chance to choose I end up having to consider the options, weigh the benefits, see what they open up for my next choices -- and all based on the current state of my civ.

You made them all really attractive and there is no obvious choice, regardless of my overall strategy. It seems like they all will contribute from the start toward any strategy. This has taken me out of 'autoplay' re social policy and brought me back to active decision making :) I have to consider what will most help my civ at each opportunity.

At first I was disappointed that the social policy trees had no 'capstones', no additional benefit for filling one out completely. But now I am seeing how fun this can be; in its own way, social policy decision-making is gaining some of the excitement that combat has.

Thanks :)
