immediate war declaration after first meeting?

Hi,
iam playing a singleplayer game as Viconia (prince, erebus continent) and have the problem that right after i meet someone (i met Perpentaich and Auric) iam in war with them, but the note says that I declared the war?! What is wrong here?
This is my second game after i reinstalled the mod and in the first game i had not this problem but i met other nations.

There's a game option "Always War", that will do this. You should probably check to make sure it's turned off.

Yes you are right it was active, i knew that this option existed but i thought i had not seleced it. But i use autohotkey for the settings and it seems something went wrong with it.
