Just a quick background- I am in Europe on a relatively old laptop which is still quite powerful enough to play the game. However when I try and start the game it will not allow me to accept any game options.
The options I mean are game options, video options etc so I am continually getting rather unwelcome advice from my advisors.
Initially I was also unable to expand the game to full screen size but (probably by good luck) that has fixed it self.
I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, cleared all caches, and updated all drivers. I am in the process of reinstalling it yet again.
I think this may be related to a recent large Windows 10 update around December 15. That is a guess.
If you have any suggestions they would be welcome.
