Interface/Screen question of TTT mod

Hello, I am playing the TTT-euro mod. I found that two screens in TTT mod are lost : one is the Civ discription screen when a game start, another is the Technology discription when getting a new Technology(see the picture below) .
I want to bring them back, what should I do? or could you release a patch?

If you run the game in english, do you encounter the same problems?
