Is it possible to modify the differing ideology penalty via XML?

Is the penalty for differing ideology defined somewhere in the XML so I can modify it? Thanks.
 
Found it:
Inside GlobalDiplomacyAIDefines change OPINION_WEIGHT_DIFFERENT_LATE_POLICIES.
 
I was looking for this too.
