Is there a decent Earth map that works on multiplayer?

The current Earth map is horrible.
- It disables start bias. So England might start in the middle of landlocked Asia.
- There are way too many luxuries. No need to acquire new by conquest or trade.
- No TSL.

Is there an Earth/real world map that fixes at least some of these issues? And how to I get it. I have a Mac btw.

Most earth maps in multiplayer have civilizations starting out in areas different from their native area of origin.
