Is there a way to download Whoward's entire mod library at once?

WHoward69 made several awesome mods to the game, civilization V basic UI is so crude that I can only stand to play it using his mods, and since he stopped using the bugged steam workshop I gotta update the mods manually.

Does anyone know if there is any way to download his entire mod selection at once, instead of manually download one at a time mod by mod?
