see what the AI is doing in its cities?

Basically I would like to use the save game editor, or some other method to go through the AI cities and see what it has built. Playing diety level and the AI is vastly ahead of me very early in the game. I want to see if it is simply the product of the level bonuses the AI is getting or is it something else.

Could I use the SGE to make the AI cities my own?

How would you know what they are, realistically? I mean if you have spies in the cities it tells you what wonders are being built. That's all you would really need to know.

Yes you can see what kind of buildings or wonders the ai player has build in his cities.
You only need the Ingameeditor (IGE), then you can look at the cities you wannt.
