A couple of issues I encountered when attacking with a stack of units.
The first is that sometimes one unit will attack, and at other times a whole group. There is no indication which will happen, which sometimes lead to issues with turn planning.
A bigger issue that occur, though, is after attacking with said stack.
1) The log do not always include the full information from the battle
2) Attacking cities may result in taking over the cities, while there are still combat units there, such as healing units. Units cannot enter the city afterward, as it consider it as attacking the enemy unit in the player's city.
3) Game gets stuck. No new command or interaction can be given, even though they are received. I'm uploading a save- in order to reproduce this bug, use the stack to declare war and kill the nearby unit owned by Cleopatra. In order to solve this, saving the game manually (quicksave doesn't work) and then loading it tends to solve the problem. (Edit: it appears to sometimes happen with a single unit too, but it's rarer.)
#Version: latest in SVN, as of 1.9.2017
