Greeting Civ4 BTS Modders!

Welcome to "Keldath Modding Platform".


Description:

this mod component is actually a Vanilla complete mod that is based on Kmod .
i decided to develop and share with the community this so that if there are some starting Modders out there that desire to start they're own mod, without going into sdk modding and such, to find a solution with this mod comp.

How to use??

The schema xml files contain the newly added xml tags.
in addition , i have added in in the xmls some examples on how to use the new additions.
xml is easy, just use the example or the schema looks.
i recommend to use a comparison software to spot my changes.
i haven't added the word Doto to all, i will, someday.
check my Doto mod for more examples on how to implement the new additions.

  • Static leader are=> you can delete this file in xm/art/civ4leaderheadsinfo.xml or replace it.
  • In the civ4globaldefines_alt.xml. In its end, there are some parameters related to tge various mods.
  • 48 civs alternative DLL is attached to this post on the buttom. save the original file people...

Further development:

i cant promise i will be of doing active development on this mod, as my mod is Dawn of the overlords [Doto[.
Although, i do wish to keep its dll additions similar to Doto.
i have very low modding time, but ill try to assist on questions anyone has on this thread.
every now and then if i get a bug report on this or i need to align the game options ill throw an update here.

this is a wish lost for this mod comp (some will be in Doto)

-Bonus Converter

What's the Civ limit? I've been using GEM (old DCM+BUG etc) as a base but I'd jump on a more up to date DLL in a heartbeat
