I really like Age of Steam Victoria. It always feels nice when your cities can make whatever they want. She loses a bit of direct military might and colonization capability exchanged for just sheer productive power. I loved the GS changes to England and this just synergizes so well. Man, what a ride England’s gone on in 6. Anyone remember British museum or double trade routes?
