I am looking for a specific mod that was made by a student at seminary as their thesis (so they said in the mod description somewhere). It was a full conversion mod based on the ancient tribes of Israel, with scenarios, custom units etc.. I am not sure if Israel was a playable civ, but I don't think it was - it had civs like Judea, and maybe the Egyptians and peripheral groups.
The mod included huge changes to the civilopedia and a ton of background info on the (theological) history it was covering. Basically an academically rigorous representation of the material they used.
I have searched Google, I have searched through my subscribed mods, I have searched my own files. I am hoping someone who remembers it will be able to point me to the mod, or even a better place to search old mods. I know I installed it back when the Civ5 mods used the in-game mod browser.
