Looking for Spain and Inca DLC!

Hi, i'm looking for a cheap copy of the Spain and Inca dlc to play with friends, just wondering if there are any good places to find one, thanks anyway!

Steam sales for 75% off occurs once in awhile. More often than not, it's on a 50%-67% off "sale".

Your best bet is to wait until the annual Steam Summer sale. Virually everything except brand-new releases will get a major reduction in price. Last summer I bought a bunch of Civ V DLCs for less than $1 each.

I'm also pretty sure that DLCs aren't sold outside of Steam unless bundled with other things.
