Lost luxury tile happiness?!

New player here -- I'm confused on why I am not receiving +4 Happiness from Marble and Silver in the following save (AD 1440).

I have an earlier save of the same game -- in this earlier save (AD 980) , I *am* getting +4 Happiness from Silver. I later captured a couple cities, one of which was providing Marble. However, in the process I seem to have lost the +4 Happiness from Silver, and in addition I am not receiving +4 from Marble.

I made sure that I have improvements on both tiles.

Could someone explain? Many thanks in advance!

If you go to Diplomacy Overview and select the Deal History tab, you will see that you traded 1 silver and 1 marble to Pedro in return for 12 gpt. That trade ends on turn 211 (7 turns from now).
