Just completed - 105.5mb downloaded.
During the download, steam s/w indicated it was 134.0mb.

Same message here, never seen that before

edit: Got it, just had to exit steam, then start Civ5 and it finished the installation

If you're getting Error (10)... I did a few times.... it's a "steam servers are busy" error, keep trying to launch the game, you'll eventually get through.

Took 3 tries and it finally went. I really hope this fixes the AI stuff.... the AI stuff makes this game so less fun to play vs. civ 4...

That's nothing compared to the Dec 26, 2010 slowdown.
