But in the era where I can get field cannons and went to attack a city.

I had 3 cannons bomb it. But at the end of the turns.

The city was able to heal its self by alot.

It was also able to finish building its walls.

And was able to train and finish units without a problem..

Now I dunno what the heck was going on.
But that stuff should not be possible when attacking a city.

Was the city under siege? That's the only way to prevent self-healing.
