Militia Concept

I was thinking of a new concept that we can use for our game. Using Militia. We can gather a couple of offensive troops and a couple of defensive troops to have immediate protection from surprised attacks like the one India put on us several centuries ago. You may have no use for it now but this may be a good concept for our next game. Think about it.

I was planning on instituting a regional defensive scheme for Fanatika, but the collapse of our opposition rendered it unnecessary. We could have used a bit more organization in this area.

hehe, and collapse it did. BTW, I was just looking at the save, and Greece only has 2 major rail systems connecting to our borders. Internally, the rail system is fractured.
