Mod Idea: Japan Unique District

I am aware that there is an existing mod for the Dojo, an Art Museum replacement for japan, and is very nice, however I believe it would be more fun as a district.

My idea:
Dojo
Replaces the Encampment but is unlocked later at Feudalism instead of Bronze Working. It can be built adjacent to the city center and does not require population (subject to change)
Gains a Major Faith adjacency to Holy Sites, and a Major Culture adjacency to Theater Squares,
Provides +1 great general and great writer points per turn, and has 2 slots for great works of writing which are automatically themed when full.
specialists give faith and culture,
(and maybe grants samurai trained in this city Faith and Culture equal to 25% of the defeated enemy units base combat strength when slain. might be too op idk.)

I would make this mod myself however I have no experience doing so (although I like to play around with the data files and rewrite abilities as a hobby and there is only so much I can accomplish) and do not have access to the Modbuddy Software because I have purchased the game on epic games.
If someone could make this idea a reality it would be fantastic and I would be very grateful, best of luck to you modders out there!
