Mod request: Multible governors in one city

Please make a mod that allows for assigning multible governors in one city.

Could be a simple mod. If you want to make it fancier, then you could assign governors in specific districts but thats probably more coding.

Please let me know if this mod is impossible for some reason.

It is impossible - we have no DLL to do this.

Oh.. ok. Well I'm not a modder myself so i don't really understand why you guys sometimes have the DLL to do some things but no DLL do do other things.
