Mod Request: New Gamespeed

I recently tried to make a new gamespeed that was basically normal speed with quick unit, building, great people, and wonder production. My aim was to make a speed where each era would contain enough time to enable the player to make full productive use of each era, and eliminate the annoyance of never being able to build more that 3 of your UU's before they became obsolete. However, when I tried this myself, I recieved goody-hut benefits almost every turn, and by the 3rd turn of the game every city had legendary culture .

So, could someone please make this new gamespeed? Thanks in advance
