Mod visibility on Steam have changed.

With more and more comments related to installation problems using Steam, and the fact that some users does not even care to read the Description or Installation Instructions before asking for help there, I've changed the mod visibility on the Workshop to friends only.

I hope that this restriction will be temporary, I'll remove it when Steam and Firaxis (finally) find a fix to the problems.

Hehe I can imagine some of the foolish questions you get on Steam, considering some of the newbie questions (all politely answered naturally) I've gotten on my YT vids on this mod

The mod is back to full visibility on Steam, v.38 should be easier to install...
