Multiplayer desync

I keep hosting games on multiplayer, and it keeps desyncing after 50-80 turns. Basically everyone reloads the game after the turn is done. It's really annoying because I have to rehost and find new people or the same ones again. Once we rehost, same happens after 3-4 turns.

What's wrong with mp? Last time we were playing on small (6 ppl) on hemispheres, 3v3 basically. It was all going very good, everyone had 70 ms, which is pretty good from what I've seen and it just happened on turn 54.

What's wrong? Any specific settings that avoid this?
 
Could be caused by people doing shift moves and last second end of turn moves. Some times this messes up the game. If some one shifts and it puts their unit inside another unit the game always goes to a load screen.

This is one reason that most people ban shift moving.
