(NAB: FEATURE) Cant rebase bombers to certain cities?

Civ 3 patched to latest.
PTW patched to latest.
Then installed Conquests and patched to 1.22.

Just got to flight and when rebasing my bombers to a far away city I get the red circle with the line through it to say I cant land there, like if I was trying to rebase it to a normal square and not a city/carrier.

I can sometimes get 1 to land but then the rest wont let me and this can happen to a heap of cities around where I am trying to land. If I move the plane to a city on the same continent and then the next turn I can move it to the city I want but not any of the newly built planes only ones ive moved elsewhere the turn before.

Really annoying and seems random as to whoch city I can land it in.

Any help?

This is a new feature in C3C. It's made so that you can't rebase planes all the way across the world in one turn. I forget what the distance is, but when you say it's "random as to which city you can land it in", it's not random - those are just the closest cities to your bomber.
