Need help installing a module

So I downloaded the installer and installed the mod, and I go to download the Mega Civ Pack, but it links me to GitHub. I downloaded the file there and read the "readme" file, and all it tells me to do is to go to the launcher, and repeat the process which led me to GitHub. I opened the installer file and there isn't a traditional installer, just .NSI files. I don't know anything about GitHub, and there didn't seem to be any similar issues while skimming the forum. I could very well be missing something stupidly obvious.

I think I found what I did wrong and I was indeed doing the wrong thing and being stupid. Apologies.
