New Computer (Win 10 desktop), Leader screens are bad

Everything graphically is completely awesome in comparison to my days playing on my old laptop. However, for some reason the leader screens are pretty much blacked out, even with "high" set on the graphics. Is there a quick fix for this?

Win 10, DX 11.

As an example, on the screen with Gandhi, the only thing you see besides a black screen are the reflection shown on his glasses (so, two small circles).

This is my only issues so far that I can find. I do like the leader screens, so I hope there is something simple I can do....

So, I fixed it, and will post here for any that have had the same problem. By changing the leader scene quality to "Low" (all other graphics are set to high in the game) instead of the default to "Medium" or the "High" that I changed it to, I now have the leaders appearing in very high quality!

That is truly bizarre....

So, if you have a new system with a great graphics card and can't see the leaders properly, changing the quality to Low is the solution.
