New duel players league being formed, the ADCP

We are forming a new league withing the CPL (CivPlayers League). It is a league for duel players. To get ranked as a duel player in CPL you must play in the ADCP and you gain ranking points by playing in tournaments. We plan on launching with the first tournament in March.
