New eras splashes

I'm thinking it's the time to have a new look for eras: I'm tired to see cities, so I have used military/cultural/architectural images.

Lookin' very good. Some criticism though:
- Modern could be a location as well so that they'd follow a common theme.
- Font could change with eras. Current one is good for modern, but I'd like to see different fonts for different eras. Industrial is spelled wrong BTW.

These look cool but where do I install them? In fact is there a FAQ on installing user-made downloads? I've never figured how to install some of them although i've been reading these forums for a while.

1. I like most of these a lot, but I just don't really like the modern. Don't get me wrong, it's a greatly made splash, I just don't like the idea of the circuit board.
