New Unit: Kenpeitai - Nov. 23, 2019

This is a Kenpeitai Unit. Made by Request.
The Kenpeitai were the Military Police Arm of the Imperial Japanese Army from 1881-1945.

Although the Kenpeitai also used Rifles, the Request was to only use a Katana.

Sounds: KenpeitaiFortify.wav, KenpeitaiFidget.wav, KenpeitaiDeath.wav, KenpeitaiVictory.wav The Run and Attack use amb files from original Civ Units.

Remade the Default Flc to use Offsets so the Unit is seen inside the Bottom Right Game Unit Window Box with a better position.

I Made this Unit as a Request but if anyone has a game where the Kenpeitai can also find a home, you are most welcome to add it

*The sounds are the best I could adjust and basically work well in game.
