no nuclear weapons

I would prefer to play without nuclear weapons. Is there a way to eliminate either the relevant techs or the weapons, or maybe reduce the impact?

with Civ V and BNW you can sign a nuclear proliferation treaty that makes it so no one can build any more nukes.

I would also enjoy to have it as an option before starting a game "No nuclear weapons" just like "Enable turn timer".I want to see SDI introduced again as well.
