Off line

Does anyone know what to do to play offline? I forgot

Go to Steam, click top left menu "Steam" and then "Go Offline..."

If this is in the wrong place I apologize.

I have a computer that I use almost exclusively for work. We keep it offline because of this, to eliminate the chance of any viruses etc.

Could I put the computer online, install my Steam and Civ 5, then take the computer back offline and still play Civ 5?

It's the only computer I have capable of running Civ 5.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can. I just tried it and it works.
Steam will try to connect and it will fail, but you have an option to start in offline mode. You can play the game as usual.
