Open Borders?

I noticed there was no Open Border feature and was wondering if there would be in the full game. I find it very frustrating when I want to send my troops to war with the zulu, but oh no...the egyptians have set a city right in my path. Now I must wage war on both or none.

there are no open borders agreements in CivRev...you want to get around without declaring war on people, use boats

And boats doesnt have any limitations on cargo hold either, so you dont need a fleet of transporters. I do however agree that the game should have included some open border agreement option in diplomacy.
