Patch 1.0.1.135: Random CTDs while exploring.

So I started up a game as the new Spanish civ and got pretty far into it. But as I was exploring the map with a Conquistador, the game suddenly froze and then the "Civ5 has stopped working" message came up. So I loaded a previous autosave. Played a little bit and then sent the Conquistador to explore the same area where the game crashed. Same thing happened. So I loaded the autosave again, and never sent the unit to the area where it crashed. The game proceeded on until I used a Caravel to explore some other areas. The game froze, and etc. etc. Guess I'll have to wait for satellites. So has anyone else experienced this bug? Or is this just a problem with my game?

If you have a save file, please load it. I have the new DLC and so should be able to open the file.
