Literally came back to this thread just to up vote this theme. I have had this theme stuck in my head all day. Why? Because it's amazing.

On the other hand, the Mayan theme is relaxing, but boring.

I'm more of a war theme guy.
 
I'd prefer to keep the same downvote rules for now, but I'll keep your idea in mind for the future, should it be necessary.

Greece: Alright, I'll throw Greece a bone. Their theme is pretty good.

Maya: They have a beautiful theme, but it's not outstanding like the others.

Ethiopia: The theme is good enough to be higher than 20.

Japan: This peace theme had potential for a buildup leading to an epic moment. Turns out I was wrong.

Shoshone theme is incredible, a lot of emotion and power to it. Top 3 for peace, along with Arabia and Byzantium.

Mayan is bland and feels like it just ... keeps ... going ... without any exciting anything. Kind of like Japan in that sense.

Huns - 15 - seeing so many upvotes for the Mongolian theme I had to listen to it in its entirety. And boy did it not disappoint. What does it have to do with me downvoting the Huns? The Mongolian theme catches the open-air nomadic feel perfectly, and in comparison with it Atilla's theme doesn't come anywhere close.

I like Japan's theme. Really soothing.

Nothing wrong with China's theme, but I did need to pick a "good, but not one of the best" theme.

Portugal: I'll help it along.

Huns: Genghis Khan was a terrifying warmonger that used cunning diplomacy and advanced war tactics and weapons to carve out the largest contiguous land empire in human history. Attila was also a terrifying war menace, but didn't do all of what Genghis did. The themes reflect that.

Sweden: This is, was and always will be my favourite peace theme. Great mix of instruments, doesn't focus on just one, and truly sounds amazing. Arabia's is pretty good too IMHO.

Huns: Wait the Huns have a peace theme? *listens to it* Wait this sounds almost like their war theme. And I don't like their war theme. Why don't I like their peace theme? Repetitive, repetitive, boring compared to the rest. Also as someone in the youtube comments said, *never actually heard in game.

Shouldn't the Shoshone theme be higher? I think it should, it certainly feels like it could easily land Top 10.

Venice's theme is good... But not the best. Much like I did with Poland a while back, I'll downvote Venice half because it's a runaway and also because I can't find heart to downvote anything else right now.
