Perpetually getting the ModBuddy build error

This is the build error that I believe many know about/have encountered and while there are solutions and workarounds to avoid the error, I feel as though I am getting the error where ModBuddy fails to build the package no matter what I do.

Practically all the workarounds, such as launching ModBuddy via the mod files or opening it up when Steam is set to Offline mode, are ineffective. A personal workaround I found last week was rendered useless one day after. I would like to work on mods but the SDK is fighting me.

Is there anything I can do?

UPDATE: Managed to package a mod I was working on last night only for it to no longer be effective the next morning. It's almost as if the SDK is adapting to whatever solution I find. I don't recall any software that is this outright malicious.
