I am confused, as zarn would join here, he would propably be not able to join the easterners, but he stated he joined the easterners before.
No who should i trust?

dis, I think what you are missing is the scope of 'easterners'. All of the lands to the North, South, East and even somewhat West of Delphi are considered Eastern!! The United Eastern Provinces is not a breakaway group, it is a group within, and abiding by, the laws of Phoenatica. There have been many bogus groups started during this war, but now only 4 remain (aprt from the rebels).

The Interdepartmental Alliance (IDA)
The Millitary Alliance (MA)
The Domestic Alliance (PDA)
The United Eastern Provinces (UEP)

and none of them support the rebellion.
