It seems Schmiddie has declared an end to RaR development but has Rar-extended been revived?

Is there currently a forum and if so would it be possible to get a link stickied?

It is a bit confusing at the moment.

RaR is dead, but we formed a new group to make a new mod based on where RaR ended. However there are some details, which we need to attend to before making a proper announcement.

Hi, everyone. The RaR mod is now called "We the People": Schmiddie when declaring RaR final requested us that we don't use the RaR name anymore. It is being developed here : https://we-the-people-civ4col-mod.github.io/DeveloperNotes/ . We are approaching mod development to be more "open" and democratic. Everyone can see on what the current modders are working on.

It is also a call to arms : we need volunteer artists, webdesigners, playtesters... Check the link out. And , more important than anything, we need both your ideas and your vote on the existing ideas, so the features can be properly planned.
