Don't pay attention to raxo, a windows reinstall isn't the solution.

First, what is it that is not working?
Did the "tortoise SVN checkout" complete without errors?

It was mentioned as absolute last resort.

I forgot, that TortoiseSVN itself may be outdated.
I think its THE problem that Sword of Geddon and DH may be experiencing.
