Hey there, I'm trying to create a new trait half based on Greece's trait, but am clueless when it comes to things like this.

What I want to do it create a trait that is that same as city-state friendship (probably a bit more powerful than it), that also requires your religion to be the majority there. I tried looking through Alexander's XML, but I can't find anything to edit other than the "100" value of his normal trait.

There is nothing pre-provided in the game's XML-schema for Traits for what you want to do. It is possible via lua, but then you would have to either learn lua-scripting or beg for help creating such an lua.
