Proper City Locations & Names

So I remember Rhye's and Fall having a feature where when you founded a city, regardless of the Civilization who did so, it would automatically name the city what it should be called in that location.

Is there a mod that just does this? I don't like some of the other features of Rhye's, but I really love that one because I have a pet peeve of cities being founded where they shouldn't be ("Boston is NOT in Canada!").

And when you capture a native city it gets renamed... I captured a Native city where Scotland is irl, renamed to Inverness from something similar, can't remember what it was. Then I spawn-camped England

Or if you play Russians and you switch to State Property--St. Petersburg gets renamed Leningrad.

Could you please direct me to that mod? I know it's been 7 years but I have been searching for a mod like that since I started playing Civ 4 and thought it didn't exist.
