I’ve spent years trying to fix this I own all of the individual dlc packs including the ones that say dramatic ages and apocolypse yet they never show up when I go to creat a game they are enabled I’ve restored license's and reinstalled hundreds of times any help please?

Wdym? All that would bring up on console is custom save configs and I can’t change ruleset I have the pack enabled but doesn’t ever show up as an option in the advanced setup
