I just noticed something funny about the hover texts last night: When it's the player's turn, and you hover over e.g. your civs' flag in the bottom of the screen, you get the information about your civs' traits in the "message box" in the left side of the screen, at the bottom of the map. If you do the same while it's NOT you turn, and you hover the spinning globe over your civs' flag, the stuff about your civ's traits appears as a regular hover text over the cursor!
I actually like the hover version better than the message box version... is it possible to change this behaviour somewhere?
