Question regarding loading LAN games.

Hello,

Quick question. I play Civ 5 with my wife, and we are trying to get back into the game after the debacle that it had with LAN multiplayer at release, and I found the save game feature perfectly fine, however when I tried to load the game, it replaced her with an AI and she can't join. Please help, we like the game so far and we LOVED Civ 4. Thank you kindly for your assistance!

Afaik you have to go into the multiplayer menu to load the game.

My wife and I play tons on LAN, never had this problem, so I'm guessing you are trying to load the game from the main menu, which is more or less "single player."

When I load the game, she can join right in by browsing LAN games.
