Quickest Tech Victory

Me and my friend have had a long running competition to see who can achieve a tech victory on diety difficulty in the fastest time. This climaxed yesterday in 700AD. We have spent close to 6 months refining our tactics and this is the best we can see ourselves doing.

We were wondering what kind of times other people have been setting for tech victories on diety?

Do you have the 1.3 update or not (can you use the mega city strategy)? With the patch i achieved a tech victory in 1375ad if you did this post patch (no mega city option) how did you do it lol.
