Continuing with the chinese webnovel and manhua Release that Witch, I've managed to create a civilization for Princess Garcia, the Pirate Queen of Clearwater. As with Roland's civ, I took the images for the leader, flag, unique unit and unique building from the manhua, while trying to respect the source material. I also took some images from google and the Civilopedia's entries are taken from the wiki.
For the unique building model (Bluewater Port) I took a Habor and added a Lighthouse to represent the watchtower that protects the port, as well as a couple of walls that fortifies the harbor.
As always, I'd be really happy if anyone wants to criticize it, propose changes, improvements, etc.
