[Request] Music Player for civ

I was resently talking to one of my friends (who playes civ4) about civ and some various music bands that we like. Then he mentioned haveing laggy games because he likes to listen to music while he playes and usually uses itunes to play it. He doesn't like to put the music in the civ folder either becuase you can't select the one that you what to play.

So my request is for a civPlayer. It would be like a mini music player on the screen that would allow you to select and play/pause/stop music with out going through the trouble of pressing ctrl+m till you find the song you what.

I'm not sure how this would work though (C++ or Python?)... I leave it up to TheLopez or one of the other great programmers out there

If you can get this to work then that would be uber-cool
