Requiem WCCC: I miss music that doesn't suck.

Not really. Though there are options. As I've said from the beginning, there are other ways to get to the music. They just don't suit my needs as well. They take time to set up, and require the purchase of other equipment and/or a subscription to a service.

Some sections of music radio in America are doing better than others. Top 40 pop stations tend to do pretty well. And country music is doing pretty well also. But I have no interest in listening to those. And they also do tend to have many of the flaws I listed in the OP, such as the playlist, and limited new song entry and variety.

FM Aspen Classic, Mr. Kyriako. Aspen Classic.

You're lucky, Cutlass. I dislike the music on pretty much every radio station I've ever heard.

Erm, the complaint in the OP is that most stations are not worth listening to anyway. Cutlass is older than you.

But not old enough to remember a time when radio didn't exist. :D
